Scribe and decision support are included under a generous fair-use policy to protect reliability for all users. Typical professional usage stays within fair use. Excessive or automated usage may be temporarily throttled. Need unlimited usage? The Max plan removes the monthly caps. For multiple seats, admin controls, or custom terms, talk to us about Enterprise.

How much does EvidenceMD cost?
EvidenceMD is free to start. When you need more, there are two plans you can sign up for yourself, billed either monthly or annually. Individual is built for everyday practice, and Max lifts the monthly usage caps for clinicians who are in the platform all day. Paying annually costs less and includes Learner+ for CME/CPD. Clinics and health systems can also ask us for custom Enterprise pricing. The plans above show what you would pay today.
Does EvidenceMD have a free plan?
Yes. Create a free EvidenceMD account and you can start asking clinical questions right away, with peer-reviewed citations on every answer. Moving up to Individual or Max gives you expanded access to the AI medical scribe, DeepSearch literature review, and clinical documentation tools.
What is the difference between the Individual and Max plans?
Individual gives you 50 clinical reasoning questions, 50 AI scribe sessions, and 50 CDI/UR reviews each month, along with DeepSearch literature review and the clinical documentation workflows. Max includes everything in Individual and takes all three of those limits away, so your clinical reasoning questions, AI scribe sessions, and CDI/UR reviews are unlimited. That suits clinicians who work in the platform all day. Annual billing on either plan also includes Learner+, which rewards CME/CPD credits for reflective practice.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel whenever you like. If you subscribed on the web, your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. If you subscribed through the mobile app, you cancel it from that app store instead.
Do you offer plans for teams and enterprises?
Yes. Max already covers heavy individual use with no monthly caps. For clinics, groups, and health systems that need unlimited seats, a signed BAA, central billing, admin controls, or custom terms, our Enterprise plan is priced per organization.
